I prepared the water the morning before i got the fish. I threw chlorine neutralizer and a bit of iodine salt in the tank. i washed off the crystals and plants before it put it in the tank. I put a piece of the indian almond leaf in the tank and it turned the water brown. i put the fish in the tank the evening about 10pm.
