Different tanks observations : practical

In the practical we had to do tank observations and take measurement of the tank in groups. There were 4 groups in total, group 1,2,3 and 4 but unfortunately we didn't carry on with the observations of group 3 because there were some mistakes in their observations so we carried on with the three groups.

The resuls were as follows:
Group1:
According to group 1, Tank A had a pH of 7.2, NO2 of 0,No3 of 250, kH of 6 and gH of 10-16.
Tank B: pH of 6.4, NO2 of 0, NO3 of 100, kH of 0, and gH of 10-16.
Tank C: pH of 6, NO2 of 0, No3 of 250,kH of 6 and gH of 6.
This results show that tank C was better than the other tanks and its water quality was healthier for the fishes. The water in Tank Ab is the worst of the 3.

Group2:
Tank A had a pH of 7.2, NO2 of 1, NO3 of 250, kH of 6 and gH of 16
Tank B had a pH of 6.4, NO2 of 1, NO3 of 230, kH of 6 and gH of 16
Tank C had a pH of 7.2, NO2 of 1, NO3 of  50, kH of 3 and gH of 3
The tank which is best and has a good water quality is Tank C

Group4:
Tank A had a pH of 6.8, NO2 of 0, NO3 of 250, kH of 6 and gH of 716
Tank B had a pH of 6.4, NO2 of 1, NO3 of 100, kH of 0 and gH of 10
Tank C had a pH of 7.2, NO2 of 1, NO3 of 50, kH of 50 and gH of 3
The Tank which had a good quality of water is Tank B and the one with the worst is tank A.

Observation for Tank A:
Tank A had a lot of algae in it and also had a lot of fish because the tank was quite big. This tank had a temperature of 28'C and it also had filters, the fish was also to have a lot of ammonia in it, and it a few leaves dieying and the Nitrates were not taken out enough because there were a few plants in the tank.

Tank B:
Tank B had a water temperature of about 30'C. It had tiny fishes in it with little algae in the tank and it had only one plant and the tank was smaller than the other tanks. What was amazing was that the Tank water was last changed last year that is why  the water had a very bad quality.

Tank C:
The tank had a temperature of 29'C and many plants and fishes and less algae and a stronger filtration.
